Resource groups are recruited to explore the treatment process looking for opportunities to improve the process, solutions are brainstormed, feasibility studied, and proposed tools reviewed with advisory committees.
Innovate Phase
Concept tools are designed, suppliers recruited, prototypes are constructed, and test partners selected.
Assess Phase
Tools are placed in test facilities, performance analyzed, improvements made as needed, and improved performance verified in advance of deployment.
Launch Phase
Fundraising will occur to insure adequate production, tools will be commercialized, deployed to facilities, and monitored once implemented.
